Application of Waterborne Wax lotion in Leather Products

Among leather wax additives, water-based wax additives are a very important component, which can effectively improve the feel of leather and improve the comprehensive performance of leather. However, in the market today, water-based wax additives are mostly paraffin micro lotion or microcrystalline wax lotion, and their performance and quality are uneven, resulting in insufficient brightness of the leather surface coating, poor feel, and sticky feeling, which seriously affects the quality of leather products.

The water-based wax lotion is low polymerization degree polyethylene. When it is used in leather products, the wax has high gloss, high hardness, good feel, and excellent durability. It can replace expensive animal wax lotion and is widely used in leather, floor, automobile, household, paper making, prevention and other fields.

The water-based wax lotion does not need to be heated and melted or dissolved with organic solvents when it is used. It has uniform film formation, good coverage, common characteristics of waterproof and lubrication, oiliness, viscosity, brittleness, toughness, fusibility and gloss, and is easy to be used with other water-based systems or emulsion systems.
